Due to prevailing weather conditions brought by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and upon the recommendation of the NDRRMC, face-to-face classes at all levels are suspended tomorrow, August 19, 2026 (Wednesday), as a precautionary measure for the safety of the OLSHCO community.

College: Classes shift to online modality.
IBED: An appropriate alternative learning modality shall be implemented.
School operations: 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣.

For the College Department, classes shall shift to online modality, while the Integrated Basic Education Department (IBED) shall implement an appropriate alternative learning modality.

All office transactions are temporarily suspended.

Introducing the new officers of 𝗖𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝘂𝗺, the official school publication of OLSHCO.

With pens ready and stories waiting to be told, a new generation of campus journalists steps forward—not simply to write, but to seek the truth, amplify voices, and tell stories that deserve to be heard.

On August 14, 2026, OLSHCO brought students, faculty, and student leaders together for a lively Acquaintance Party filled with music, dance, and camaraderie.

The celebration opened with an energetic performance by the OLSHCO Band, followed by a graceful cotillion presented by the student leaders. The band continued to entertain the crowd with a selection of OPM songs, setting a festive atmosphere throughout the event. Adding to the excitement, the faculty members showcased their own dance performance before the students took over the dance floor. The Criminology Band later took the stage, delivering another entertaining musical performance before the students once again enjoyed the dance floor.

Finally, the celebration concluded with a closing prayer and the singing of the OLSHA Hymn, marking a memorable evening that strengthened friendship and unity within the OLSHCO community.

On August 14, 2026, OLSHCO held the Induction Ceremony for the newly elected officers of CODE TG, HMSO, JPCS, PASOA, YMF, COR UNUM, and CSC, marking the beginning of a new chapter of leadership, service, and responsibility.

The ceremony formally welcomed the officers as they took on their respective roles, beginning with their introduction led by Ms. Divine Grace Paraiso, followed by the Oath-Taking Ceremony, where they pledged to uphold their organizations’ values and serve with dedication and integrity. Afterwards, former CSC President Ms. Jasmine De Guzman delivered an inspiring message, sharing her hopes and encouragement for the new leaders. The ceremony also featured the formal turnover of leadership through the passing of the key from Ms. Jasmine De Guzman to Ms. Allysa De Dios, the newly elected CSC president, symbolizing the transfer of trust, responsibility, and leadership.

The ceremony marked not only the recognition of the new officers but also their commitment to lead, serve, and work together for the betterment of the OLSHCO community.

On August 14, 2026, OLSHCO held the Pinning and Send-Off Ceremony for its fourth-year students, with the themed “Unity in Purpose: Upholding Professional Standards.” The ceremony gathered students, faculty members, and guests in a meaningful celebration as the interns prepared to take another important step toward their chosen professions.

The event began with a Thanksgiving Mass presided over by Fr. Reynaldo Nicolas, seeking the Lord’s guidance and blessings as the students prepare to fulfill their responsibilities with commitment and dedication. During the Mass, Fr. Reynaldo reminded the students, “Wear your cap with pride, but most importantly, wear it with humility,” encouraging them to remain grounded as they move forward in their professional journey. The pinning ceremony symbolized the students’ academic journey toward their dreams. Keynote speaker Mr. Eric M. Villanueva, shared an inspirational message, emphasizing the importance of character and professionalism: "Our uniforms may identify our course, our grades may reflect our academic performances, but this is our attitudes, integrity, discipline and work ethics that define us as professionals not the title." He further highlighted and discussed the professional standards, because all interns share one’s purpose and that is to be professional. The program continued with the Oath-Taking Ceremony led by John Carlo M. Nagal, the Lighting of the Candle of Wisdom led by Dr. Rubelyn M. Esperon, the Interns’ Prayer led by Ronalyn T. Nidoy, and the pinning of nameplates for the fourth-year students.

‎The Pinning and Send-Off Ceremony concluded in a spirit of unity with the prayer and the singing of OLSHA hymn. Sending the fourth year students with the blessing as they take one more step to their chosen fields and dreams.

The CEAP Region 3 Regional Assembly gathered delegates from the dioceses of Infanta, Balanga, Tarlac, Cabanatuan, Iba, and San Jose, together with the Archdiocese of San Fernando, at Holy Angel University, Angeles City, Pampanga, under the theme “Newness in Catholic Education: Charting a Constellation of Hope,” with the keynote speaker Rev. Fr. Karel S. San Juan, SJ, the CEAP President.

The assembly reflects a shared call to renew Catholic education amid changing times—preserving its mission while finding new ways to form learners in faith, competence, service, and hope.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 22, Series of 2026 issued by the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija, face-to-face classes at all levels in public and private schools are suspended on Monday, August 10, 2026.

Accordingly:
- College classes will continue via online modality.
- IBED classes will continue through Alternative Learning Delivery Modality (ALDM).
- School office operations will continue as scheduled.
