Grabe naman, napanood niyo ba yung interview ni Carlos Yulo sa Toni Talks? Like, gets ko naman na he’s grateful sa mga taong supportive sa kanya like his girlfriend, her fam, and his team, but can we talk about the obvious elephant in the room? 😬

As in, parang lahat na ng tao sa buhay niya, napasalamatan niya, EXCEPT for his own family. Hello? Like, isn't his family also part of God’s gift to him? Medyo nakakainis lang when he said siya pa yung “nagpatawad” sa parents niya and alam niya sa sarili niya na "malinis ang konsensiya" niya. Na humingi na siya ng forgiveness kay God sa nagawa niyang mali. May pagkaself-righteous ha? na parang siya "lang" yung victim. 👀

Ang hirap paniwalaan kasi family is family. Hindi ba sila yung unang sumuporta sa kanya bago pa yung girlfriend at team niya? Sila yung nag-sacrifice para sa pangarap niya as a gymnast, pero parang na-sideline na lang. Like, sure Caloy, do what makes you happy, pero sana naman magkaroon ka ng konting respect sa pamilya mo, lalo na sa nanay mo na nagluwal sayo. Baka naman instead of painting yourself as the hero, try mo rin maging totoong hero for your fam and show some humility. 😬
