LOOK: DOJ releases the full list of the 43 contractors and DPWH officials allegedly involved in anomalous flood-control projects who are now subject to an immigration lookout bulletin order.

DOJ issued the lookout order per the requests of the Senate blue ribbon committee and DPWH chief Vince Dizon.

Note that Ilbos are different from Hold Departure Orders as Ilbos only allow the Bureau of Immigration to monitor the subjects’ travel, whereas HDOs ban subjects from leaving the country and also require issuance by a court. | via Zacarian Sarao, INQUIRER.net
