I had my OB check-up last Wednesday, and the good news is that the baby has moved from a breech position to a cephalic position.

Here’s my story, Mommies. I found out that my baby was in a breech position, kaya bumili na ako ng baby music ( yung owl ang style keme mas better xa kesa sa cp). Every night, I placed it under my tummy. When I was working in a clinic, we always advised mommies with breech babies to play sounds near the lower abdomen so the baby would follow the sound and turn. I applied the same advice to myself—and it was so effective!
Flashlight effective din po same din lang lagay nyo lang sa under ng tummy nyo.
