Pahalipay ug pagtimbaya gikan sa Munisipyo sa Cordova ubos sa administrasyon ni Mayor Cesar "Didoy" Suan sa kalamposan ni Alyssa Ashley Violeta nga nahimong topnotcher (10th placer) sa March 2026 Licensure Exam for Professional Teachers (LEPT).

Si Violeta usa ka lumulupyo sa Purok Atabay, Barangay Poblacion, Cordova ug kanhi estudyante sa San Roque College de Cebu (Junior High) ug Babag National High School (Senior High).

Sa paningkamot sa iyang amahan nga si Jose Farley Violeta nga nagtrabaho isip Assistant Supervisor ug sa iyang inahan nga si Haidee Violeta nga usa ka mapinanggaon nga housewife, siya nilampos isip Magna Cum Laude sa kursong Bachelor of Elementary Education sa Cebu Technological University (CTU).

Mao kini ang tipik sa atong pakighinabi kaniya:

𝑷𝑰𝑶: Unsa ang mga challenges sa pagtungha nimo sa CTU?
𝑨𝒍𝒚𝒔𝒔𝒂 𝑨𝒔𝒉𝒍𝒆𝒚: Teaching wasn't really my passion when I took the course which made studying a challenge but, I started to love it once I began my OJT journey.

𝑷𝑰𝑶: Unsa ang imong gibuhat to ace the exam?
𝑨𝒍𝒚𝒔𝒔𝒂 𝑨𝒔𝒉𝒍𝒆𝒚: I didn't really do anything special to ace the exam. Throughout the journey, I didn't aim for the top. I just didn't pressure myself. I knew that internal pressure would be the biggest obstacle to face on exam day but I leaned more into practicing the drills.

𝑷𝑰𝑶: Unsa imong message to other students aiming to become LPT?
𝑨𝒍𝒚𝒔𝒔𝒂 𝑨𝒔𝒉𝒍𝒆𝒚: There will be days when you feel tired, pressured, and doubtful of yourself, but don’t let pressure consume you. Sometimes, pressure becomes the biggest obstacle during the exam.

Remember that every struggle and every page you study is shaping you into the teacher you aspire to be. Study hard, but also rest, live your life, and trust your journey.

Most importantly, pray. Pray when you’re anxious, tired, or doubtful. Prayer works. Just keep on going. One day, all your hard work, sacrifices, and prayers will turn into the title you’ve been dreaming of. | 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗢𝗩𝗔 𝗣𝗜𝗢

Ayoko nang makarinig pa ng masasakit na salita galing sa asawa ko 💔

From a reader: “Hello, Visor! Sharing my experience and hoping for some advice.

“Last January 8, 2026, it was my first time driving from Bataan to Manila using a rented SUV without RFID. I mistakenly entered an RFID lane instead of the cash lane and panicked. My driver’s license was confiscated by NLEX authorities, and I was told to retrieve it at LTO Region 3 in Pampanga.

“Any advice or help on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.”
