Padre Burgos, Quezon– Polo Integrated School successfully hosted its 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱
on March 26, 2025 inspiring students to explore their future careers through engaging activities. The event featured a Career Fashion Show, where students confidently showcased their dream professions by wearing attire representing various career paths. Among the standout participants were Dave Ivan Amada, who was awarded Best in Outfit (Male), and Siera Jay Sola, who won Best in Outfit (Female) for their impressive portrayals of their chosen careers.

The program officially began with a Welcoming Message from Mr. Alejandre P. Zoleta, Principal I, who emphasized the importance of early career planning. This was followed by two insightful Career Talks: “Find Your Why – Career Journey with Purpose” by Ar. Wilson P. Orjalesa, T-I, which encouraged students to align their passions with their career choices, and “Career Course Preferability and Success” by Kaizer R. Amandy, T-I, which provided guidance in selecting the right courses for future success.

The event concluded with a Closing Program led by Ms. Creasia A. Robledo, leaving students inspired and more prepared for their professional journeys. With this successful initiative, Polo Integrated School reaffirms its commitment to guiding students toward meaningful and fulfilling careers.

🇮🇳 🇵🇭🇴🇹🇴🇸 | 𝑷𝒐𝒍𝒐 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒔 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝑫𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝑳𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝑩𝑭𝑷 𝑷𝒂𝒅𝒓𝒆 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒈𝒐𝒔

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘀, 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘇𝗼𝗻 – In observance of March as Fire Prevention Month, Polo Integrated School, in collaboration with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Padre Burgos, conducted a fire drill to enhance the fire emergency preparedness of students, teachers, and staff. The drill aimed to educate participants on proper evacuation procedures, fire safety awareness, and fire extinguisher use. BFP officials led the activity, guiding everyone through an orderly evacuation and sharing essential fire safety tips, including staying calm, knowing emergency exits, and avoiding elevators during a fire. A hands-on demonstration on the correct use of fire extinguishers using the PASS method (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep) allowed participants to practice handling small fires under expert supervision. The school administration expressed its gratitude to BFP Padre Burgos for their continuous support in promoting fire safety education, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to maintaining a safe and prepared learning environment.

🇳🇦🇸🇦 🇱🇦🇷🇦🇼🇦🇳| 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐰𝐚 𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐖𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐚 𝐆𝟑, 𝐆𝟔, 𝐆𝟏𝟎, 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝟏𝟐

Sa pagsusumikap ng Department of Education (DepEd) na tiyakin ang kalidad ng edukasyon sa bawat paaralan, isinasagawa ngayon sa Polo Integrated School ang Division-Wide Assessment Test para sa mga mag-aaral ng Grade 3, Grade 6, Grade 10, at Grade 12.

Ayon sa pamunuan ng paaralan, ang pagsusulit ay naglalayong suriin ang akademikong kahandaan ng mga mag-aaral sa mahahalagang asignatura. Ito rin ay magiging batayan sa pagpapabuti ng mga estratehiya sa pagtuturo upang matugunan ang pangangailangan ng mga mag-aaral.

Ang resulta ng pagsusulit na ito ay magsisilbing gabay para sa mga g**o at administrador ng paaralan upang mapahusay pa ang kalidad ng pagtuturo at masig**ong handa ang mga mag-aaral sa kanilang kinabukasan.

March 13, 2025 – Polo Integrated School successfully conducted its First Quarter Simultaneous Earthquake Drill as part of its efforts to enhance disaster preparedness and response among students, teachers, and school personnel.

The drill, held at exactly 2:00 PM, followed the guidelines set by Division Memorandum No. 154, s. 2025, ensuring that all participants were well-informed about proper safety measures. The activity involved learners from Grade 1 to Grade 12, along with teaching and non-teaching staff.

Emphasizing the importance of the “duck, cover, and hold” technique, the drill aimed to minimize injuries during an actual earthquake. School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (SDRRM) Coordinator Ma’am Edna B. Ojalaesa led the event, guiding students and staff through various emergency response procedures. Participants were instructed on proper evacuation routes and designated safe areas within the school premises.

Teachers played a crucial role in ensuring that all classes followed safety protocols and maintained order throughout the drill. A post-evacuation assessment was also conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the response and identify areas for improvement.

Through this initiative, Polo Integrated School further strengthened its commitment to disaster resilience and safety. Regular drills help familiarize students and personnel with necessary emergency actions, reinforcing disaster preparedness as a priority within the school community.

The drill was conducted in alignment with the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), supporting the government’s efforts to promote disaster preparedness in educational institutions. Moving forward, the school remains committed to improving its emergency response strategies and ensuring the safety of all members of the school community.
