Hindi lahat ng kumpanya hihintayin kang mag-process ng passport.
Kapag may mas handang applicant, malaking posibilidad na siya ang pipiliin.

*"SIR NA-INTERVIEW AKO AUG 25 HANGGANG NGAYON WALA PA RIN EMAIL, NORMAL LANG BA YUN?"*

Nakakareceive ako ng ganitong message araw-araw. Kaya sasagutin ko na dito.

*NORMAL LANG BA ANG MATAGAL NA HINTAY?*
YES. Lalo na sa cruise line.

Sa cruise line, hindi yan tulad sa Pinas na kinabukasan may result na.

Timeline ng result:
*3 days to 3 weeks* - mabilis pa yan
*1 to 2 months* - normal na normal yan
*3 months pataas* - dyan ka na mag-follow up nang maayos

August 25 ka na-interview, nasa 10 days pa lang. Nasa loob ka pa ng normal window. Wag ka pa kabahan.

*BAKIT MATAGAL?*
1. Hindi lang ikaw ang ini-interview, daan kayo.
2. Inaantay pa approval ng principal.
3. Nakasalang pa documents mo for review.

*ANONG DAPAT MONG GAWIN HABANG NAGHIHINTAY?*

1. *WAG MAG-STALK NG EMAIL ARAW-ARAW.* Nakaka-anxiety lang. Check mo lang morning at hapon.
2. *MAG FOLLOW-UP ISANG BESES LANG SA ISANG LINGGO.* Wag araw-araw. Isang professional na email lang.

3. *WAG TUMIGIL MAG-APPLY.* Ito ang pinaka-importante. Habang naghihintay ka sa isa, apply ka sa 5 pa. Wag mo i-hold future mo sa isang company lang.
4. *I-IMPROVE MO PA RESUME MO.* Minsan kaya natatagalan kasi may kulang pa sa resume mo na hindi ATS-friendly. Kaya hindi ka agad napipili.[position]

Tandaan: *No news doesn't mean bad news.* Minsan yung matagal, sila pa yung natatanggap kasi mas mataas position.

Hello Everyone! tagal na di ako naka pag update, isa sa mga nagawan ko ng resume ang naka receive ng interview invite! galingan mo maam sa interview! Sa mga gustong magpagawa ng resume message nyo ako baka ikaw na ang susunod na mapansin ng mga recruiter. Medyo mabagal ako mag reply ngayo dahil onboard ako pero rest assured mareplyan ko kayo.
