25-26 October, Kobe, Japan. An estimated crowd of more than 10,000 Filipinos and friends of the Philippines filled the open space of Minato-no Mori Park in Kobe, Japan, and watched the concert performance of Elias J TV Band to cap the two-day Pistang Pilipino sa Kobe on 25-26 October 2025. Elias J TV Band rendered 18 songs for three hours and bravely performed on stage despite inclement weather to the delight of the crowd.

Elias J TV Band has gained a massive following online, particularly on Facebook where the group engages with fans through live performances and interactive content. Their music is widely appreciated for its lively beats and dynamic stage presence.

In the morning of 25 October 2025, Philippine Consul General to Osaka, Mr. Voltaire D. Mauricio, led the ribbon-cutting to open the Pistang Pilipino sa Kobe. In his remarks, Consul General Mauricio shared to the Filipino Community members the history that the Philippine Consulate General was earlier in Kobe before it transferred to Osaka following the 1995 earthquake. The Consul General thanked all the Filipinos for supporting the Pistang Pilipino brand and urged them to continue working harmoniously together at all times.

Following the opening of the Pistang Pilipino sa Kobe, Filipino talents from the various Filipino Community Associations performed songs and dances. Highlighting the event on the first day was the special appearances of top performing comedians Mr. Allan K from Eat Bulaga and Boobay of GMA Pinoy TV, who both entertained the audience.

The Pistang Pilipino brand is a showcase of promoting the Filipinos and the Philippines in the Kansai Region through food and drinks, music and entertainment, and services. The successful inaugural Pistang Pilipino sa Osaka was held in Sakai City on 21-22 June 2025.

The Pistang Pilipino sa Kobe was organized by One Network Incorporated, with the support of the Philippine Consulate General in Osaka, and in partnership with a private group called We Are One. The event was also supported by the Department of Migrant Workers and the Overseas Welfare Workers Administration through the Migrant Workers Office in Osaka, the Philippine Department of Tourism in Osaka, the Philippine Trade and Investment Center in Osaka, and the various Filipino Community Associations in Osaka and in the Kansai Region.

Many Pinoy bloggers and Youtubers all over Japan also participated and covered the event in their respective social media platforms. Socia-civic organization, the Eagles, volunteered and provided marshals, ushering, and security services to the 2-day event. The event was also supported by many sponsors, including GMA Pinoy TV as the exclusive media partner.

The next Pistang Pilipino will be held in Kurume City in Fukuoka Prefecture on 6-7 December 2025.
