Cabbage & Egg Dish
Ingredients
1 c Shredded Cabbage
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c Shredded Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
mini wheat wrap
Butter to grease the pan
Edible leaves

Classic Hot Cake
Dry Ingredients:
2 c All Purpose Flour, sifted
4 T caster sugar
1 T baking powder
1/3 c powdered milk
Mix to combine. Then set aside.

Wet Ingredients:
1 large egg, slightly beaten
2 c water
2 T oil/melted butter
1 t vanilla essence
Whisk together. Add the dry ingredients in 2 additions til well combined. Do not overmix.

Toppings:
Margarine
Caster Sugar
1. Turn on your stove to medium flame. If using a nonstick pan use it as is. If using a regular pan brush slightly with oil or use a nonstick spray.
2. Use a deep laddle or measuring cup to achieve uniform sizes of the hot cakes.
3. Drop your measured hot cake batter to the pan. When the bubbles have popped and dried a bit its time for some flippin’😄
4. Keep an eye on your hot cakes. No fb this time.
5. Done. Transfer to a plate.
6. Repeat.
Enjoy!
Ps. Yung sugar is just enough if you want to brush your hot cakes with margarine & dredge in sugar.
But if you want it as is (walang pahid you have to add 1 T more).
