If you're just ‘eating healthier’ - You have no clue if you are in a surplus, deficit, or hitting a maintenance amount of kcals

And that can cause either slow progress or no progress at all

Measure your damn food

It’s a pain at times - but hey - you want to change your physique so change your habits

He was always living off meal deals Monday to Fridays and enjoyed his afterwork drinks
the problem was it was all a viscous cycle.

He came into the program knowing things had to change!
