Online ticket transfers for PRESALE ticket holders will only be processed until August 1, 12:00NN.

If unable to send a request on or before said deadline, original owners will be REQUIRED to accompany the new owner during registration or provide the new owner with an authorization letter with a photo of the original owner's ID/PASSPORT and signature.

The organizer reserves the right to deny the distribution of physical tickets and fan benefits if the ID/passport presented do not match the name on the QR code or ticket.

Please be guided accordingly.
