Christopher Aba, a NORSU CAFF Pamplona staff member, played in a winning team with a 72-65 during the Faculty-and-Staff Sports Day on November 27 at the Main Campus 1 Open Court, Dumaguete City.
During the starting celebration of Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) 118th Founding Anniversary Celebration, Chrisopher Aba belonging in Team D, secured their winning spot after their successful triump with their opposing rival during Game 1, leading up to their victory against Team B with the final score of 72-65.
With his team composing of staffs from different campuses, Sir Aba, acknowledged his teammates' initiatives as a focal role in winning the games. "A team must have unity, a proper defense, and good offense." he said.
Aba also commended the university and expressed his gratitude for giving the staff an opportunity to enggage in an extracurricular events in this year's celebration. “Thank you very much for the opportunity that the faculty and staff of NORSU Pamplona were able to join this founder’s day activity. For how many years, finally the players from NORSU Pamplona were able to join, and we’re so happy for that. And we’re glad to be acquainted [with] other NORSU campuses.”
