Today, we celebrate one of our amazing San Jacintians who seems to have mastered the art of being 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱, 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲, and hardworking while still making time for adventure.

From walking and hiking to hitting the gym, Ma’am Francia definitely knows how to keep moving. Adventurous, energetic, and always ready for the next challenge—proof that teaching isn’t the only thing she’s passionate about!

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 10

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 10, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall:

📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
📍 Oriental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Due to the anticipated heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), please be informed that CLASSES AT ALL LEVELS IN ALL PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JACINTO, PANGASINAN ARE SUSPENDED ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2026.

📚 ALL SCHOOLS ARE DIRECTED TO SHIFT TO MODULAR / ALTERNATIVE MODES OF LEARNING (AML) to ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our learners, teaching personnel, and non-teaching staff.

This measure is being implemented to safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of the entire school community amid the prevailing weather conditions.

The activity aims to strengthen the school community’s disaster preparedness, awareness, coordination, and capacity to respond appropriately during an earthquake or other related emergencies.

All concerned are enjoined to participate actively and observe the prescribed safety protocols throughout the drill.
