Saturday Is No Longer For Catching Up, It's For Coming Down
Our parents used Saturdays to finish everything — palengke, linis, family reunion, sideline. We use Saturday to finally exhale.
We wake up at 8am still tired, not because we partied, but because our body was on alert all week. We don't need a productive weekend. We need a quiet one where our nervous system finally feels safe.
What are you NOT doing today on purpose to protect your peace?
