HOMECOOKED PANCIT GUISADO
1. Sauté veggies
Garlic + onion, then carrots and cabbage. Season with pepper + Magic Sarap. Set aside.
2. Cook meat
Sauté garlic, add chorizo and shredded chicken. Add onions.
3. Season
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Patis optional.
4. Simmer base
Add kinchay, water, and pork cube. Bring to boil.
5. Add noodles
Add pre-soaked noodles and cook until absorbed.
6. Combine
Return veggies and mix everything well.
7. Finish
Top with air-fried kikiam
