GSP - Patrol Leader Training Course in Action! 🌸

The Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) of Masville National High School attended the Patrol Leader Training Course from October 17 to 19, 2025, at the Helena Benitez Center in Tagaytay City, gathering together with the girl scouts from Rizal Council including SDO Parañaque and SDO Muntinlupa for an intensive three-day leadership and skills development program.

The training aimed to enhance the participants’ capabilities as emerging leaders by equipping them with practical knowledge and essential life skills. Throughout the course, the girls engaged in a variety of activities, including gadgetry, swimming lessons, and outdoor cooking, which fostered friendship, discipline, and self-reliance as aligned to the Girl Scout Law.

In addition to these hands-on sessions, the participants attended a seminar on personal protection and were oriented on the Eight-Point Challenge of Girl Scouting, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to building character, service, and responsibility among its members.

Another important component of the program involved project planning and budgeting workshops, where the girls were guided in creating their own patrol programs and managing resources efficiently. This activity encouraged initiative and financial literacy skills vital for both scouting and future leadership roles.

The event concluded with a simple closing program featuring the girls' accomplishments and earned their badges that symbolizes what the girl is and is can do. The GSP Patrol Leader Training Course not only strengthened their leadership potential but also deepened their appreciation of the values and principles that define the Girl Scout movement.

Earthquake Drill Conducted at Masville National High School

It is important for the youth to know what to do before, during, and after an earthquake. To strengthen the school’s disaster preparedness, an earthquake drill was conducted today at Masville National High School, Oct. 17,2025.

In coordination with the City Government, the Paranaque City Department of Disaster Resilience and Management, and the Schools Division Office of Parañaque City, the activity ensured that students not only learned from the drill but also experienced it as if it were a real situation.

Aside from the drill, hard hats were prepositioned in every classroom to ensure safety.

Remember, during an earthquake, do not panic—practice “DUCK, COVER, and HOLD.”
Stay alert and stay safe, everyone!

Exhaustion isn't a sign of weakness; it's a reminder that you've been pushing forward, step by step, chasing something that matters to you. 🌟

It’s okay to pause. Rest if you must, but don’t let rest make you forget the fire that made you begin in the first place. 🔥 Remember your purpose, your goals, and the reason you started this journey. 🚀

In the end, exhaustion fades, but the results of your persistence remain. So recharge, rise again, and keep going until you make it! ✨ You got this! 💪

🦋🌿“Little by little, day by day, what is meant for you will find its way.”🌿🦋

Having a hard time lately?🫂💗
If you’re dealing with so many problems right now.

Here's a gentle reminder for you:💌📌
you don’t need to force everything to happen all at once. You don't need to rush some things, every small step counts. Even if life feels heavy, unfair, and draining, the thing that is truly meant for you will eventually come.
💐💚So breathe, and don’t pressure yourself too much. 💚💐
