Ever wish reading practice didn't need your child to talk, type, or perform?
I built Reading Corner for my son. It's a free, tap-to-answer reading tool: short passages, multiple-choice questions, nothing to speak or write. Every question also carries one of two labels:
🔎 Right There: the answer is stated in the passage
💡 Think It Through: the answer has to be figured out from clues
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A lot of our kids can find an answer sitting right on the page long before they can reason one out, and most reading tools never separate the two skills. This one does.
It's got a little celebration when you get one right, gentle sound you can mute anytime, and progress that saves right on your device. There's also a spot to add your own passages, built around whatever your child actually loves.
It's free and it lives here: 🔗https://solcruz.com/reading-corner.html
If you and your child try it, I'd love to hear how it goes. 💙
