There is no agent involved.
The owner/host personally assists guests from check-in until check-out.
No Hidden Charges
All applicable charges will be clearly communicated to the guest before confirmation.
Payment Upon Check-In
Guests may settle the accommodation payment upon check-in.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A ₱1,000.00 security deposit is required upon check-in for Staycation.
The security deposit is fully refundable before check-out, provided that:
There are no damages to the unit or its furnishings.
No items are missing or lost.
The unit is properly maintained and left in a clean condition.
Our host is also residing at Rio East Tower, Azure Urban Residences & Condo, allowing us to provide convenient assistance and support whenever needed during the guest's stay.
