Pastors Wife Page Psalm 27:4

27/07/2026

Mga bagay na hindi mo dapat shini-share basta basta sa mga members ng Church;

“FEED THE SHEEP, NOT EXPOSE THE SHEEP.”

Proverbs 11:13 (KJV)

NOT EVERY CONVERSATION BUILDS THE CHURCH.
SOME CONVERSATIONS DESTROY TRUST, UNITY, AND PEOPLE.

1. NEVER DISCUSS CONFIDENTIAL COUNSELING DETAILS

Proverbs 25:9 (KJV)

Kapag may taong nag-open up sa’yo in confidence, hindi iyon automatic na puwedeng ikuwento sa ibang tao.

What was entrusted to you in confidence must be protected with discretion.

Huwag gawing sermon illustration ang private pain ng isang tao without permission.

-----------

2. NEVER DISCUSS ANOTHER MEMBER’S WEAKNESSES

Proverbs 16:28 (KJV)

A person’s struggle should not become their reputation.

You are called to shepherd people—not expose them.

----------

3. NEVER DISCUSS PEOPLE’S GIVING OR OFFERINGS

Matthew 6:3 (KJV)

Kung magkano ang binigay ni Brother?
Magkano ang offering ni Sister?

Hindi iyon church gossip.

Giving is worship, not information for casual conversation.

-----------

4. NEVER DISCUSS INTERNAL LEADERSHIP CONFLICTS CARELESSLY

Proverbs 17:14 (KJV)

Some conflicts need a meeting, not an announcement.

Resolve issues with the right people, at the right level, in the right spirit.

----------

5. NEVER DISCUSS YOUR MARITAL PROBLEMS CARELESSLY

Proverbs 31:11 (KJV)

Your church members are not your emotional dumping ground.

Protect your marriage. Protect your spouse.

-------------

6. NEVER DISCUSS PERSONAL OFFENSES AGAINST MEMBERS PUBLICLY

Matthew 18:15 (KJV)

May naka-offend sa’yo?

Talk to the person—not to the crowd.

Matthew 18 says, “go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone.”

-------------

7. NEVER DISCUSS CHURCH FINANCIAL DETAILS CASUALLY

2 Corinthians 8:21 (KJV)

Church finances should be handled with integrity, accountability, and appropriate transparency.

Handle God’s money with integrity—and handle sensitive information with wisdom.

-------------

8. NEVER DISCUSS OTHER MINISTERS NEGATIVELY

Ephesians 4:29 (KJV)

You don’t build your ministry by destroying another minister’s reputation.

Kung may concern, address it biblically.

Kung wala kang role sa issue, sometimes silence is wisdom.

BEFORE YOU SPEAK, ASK:

IS IT TRUE?
Totoo ba?

IS IT NECESSARY?
Kailangan ba talaga itong sabihin?

IS IT MINE TO TELL?
Akin ba itong ikuwento?

WILL IT BUILD OR DESTROY?
Makakatulong ba ito o makakasira?

WOULD I SAY IT IF THAT PERSON WERE STANDING BESIDE ME?

PASTOR, LEADERSHIP IS NOT ONLY KNOWING WHAT TO SAY.

IT IS ALSO KNOWING WHAT NOT TO SAY.

You are a shepherd, not a reporter.

The sheep trusted you with their stories.

PROTECT WHAT PEOPLE ENTRUSTED TO YOU.

FEED THE SHEEP.
PROTECT THE SHEEP.
DON’T EXPOSE THE SHEEP.

“Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.” 1 Corinthians 4:2

Faithfulness is more important than busyness.

“If anyone does not provide for his relatives… he has denied the faith…”
1 Timothy 5:8

4. Kapag wala ka nang focus.

Kapag lahat priority, wala talagang priority.

Share your experience sa comments. ❤️

Verse
Philippians 2:3-4 ESV

In humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

Devotion

In lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others
Philippians 2:3-4 KJV

What mindset invariably leads to serving others? Humility. When we see ourselves as undeserving of the least of God's goodness, then we esteem others better than ourselves. When our own faults are clearly before our eyes, we have no room left for criticizing others.

And when we, in genuine and personal humility, esteem others as we ought, we will cease to look for ways to please ourselves and begin to look for ways to help others. Rather than using others to better ourselves, we will use ourselves to better others.

What have your goals and thoughts been about this day? Are you planning the hours in such a way as to better your own situation or as to better the situation of others around you? Is your great concern the fulfillment of personal ambitions or is your ambition to lose yourself in the service and benefiting of God's people around you?

How we plan our day, how we use our time, how we spend our money -- these are all barometers of true humility. May your self-esteem be transformed today into service for others. May you find the great joy and satisfaction that only and paradoxically comes from giving up your own pleasure for the sake of others.

Verse
Matthew 19:6 ESV

They are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.

Devotion

They are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder
Matthew 19:6 KJV

When a man and woman marry, the two individuals then become one. This marvel of marriage implies both a new and tremendous liberty for them both and a vital and voluntary constraint upon them both.

On one hand, a tremendous liberty: two individuals working together in unity are able to accomplish and enjoy far more together than they ever could alone. Every good marriage is made up of more than just the sum of its two simple parts. Marriage multiplies the pleasures, the accomplishments, and the opportunities of life.

On the other hand, their new oneness implies restrictions -- they are no longer free to make their own decisions or set their own goals as individuals, without consideration for each other. Go to any three-legged race and you will quickly see the awkwardness and bo***ge of two individuals, who are joined together, still trying to make their own way and rely on their own strength.

Although in our Western culture the decision to marry is made by the two individuals, once they commit themselves to the God-invented institution of marriage it is in effect God who has joined them together. They are therefore responsible to God for their commitment to each other.

What God has joined together in the holy bonds of matrimony is not to be lightly or selfishly or wrongly separated by any mere mortal. Therefore, strive to make yourselves, and those loved ones of yours who are married, more unified for the glory of God. Never seek to divide what God has joined together.

Verse
1 Peter 5:5 ESV

Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”

Devotion

Be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble
1 Peter 5:5 KJV

In our day the call is to esteem yourself, believe in yourself, promote yourself and reward yourself. But God's word calls us to humility.

God hates pride and has always resisted the proud. He brought devastation to the land of Egypt after Pharaoh said, "Who is the Lord that I should obey Him?' He put king Nebuchadnezzar down on his all fours to eat grass like an animal after he boasted of his accomplishments. And Herod was eaten up with worms when he failed to give glory to God.

As you search your own heart to see if there is pride that needs to be rooted out, consider that humility is an acknowledgement of unworthiness. Jacob declared that he was unworthy of the least of God's mercies. The publican cried out, "God be merciful to me a sinner."

Humility is submission to God. You may not understand some of the providences unfolding in your life, but you bow in submission and know God is working his will and accomplishing his purposes. It means believing what God says, accepting what is in his Word and making no attempt to explain it away.

Humility recognizes the need for grace. The humble have a great sense of their own weakness and know they must come to the throne of grace to find mercy and grace to help in time of need. They know they need grace to pray, grace to overcome the world and grace to minister to others.

How is it with you? Are you clothed with humility?

Bakit iniiwasan?
- Image ng church
- Takot ma-expose
- Pride

Hindi healing ang pagtatago, healing comes from honesty.

Luke 12:1 – Beware of the yeast of hypocrisy.

3. 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐊𝐀 𝐒𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐁

Favoritism, power struggle, at “sino ang mas may influence.”

Bakit iniiwasan?
- Sensitive

James 3:16 – Where there is envy and selfish ambition, there is disorder.

4. 𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐆𝐀 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒

Mark 6:31 – “Come with me… and get some rest.”

5. 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐏𝐔𝐋𝐎 𝐕𝐒 𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑

Bakit iniiwasan?
- Masakit pakinggan
- Ayaw ma-challenge ang comfort zone
- Focus sa numbers

Pero ang mission,
Hindi lang magpadami, magpalago.

Matthew 28:19 – Make disciples, not just attendees.

6. 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐀 𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏

Tithes, offerings, at tamang pag-handle ng resources.

Bakit iniiwasan?
- Nahihiya pag-usapan
- Past abuses

Pero ang katotohanan,
Money is a heart issue, hindi lang financial issue.

Matthew 6:21 – Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

7. 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄 𝐀𝐓 𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐓 𝐒𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐁 𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐇

Mga sama ng loob na hindi naaayos.

Bakit iniiwasan?
- Pride
-Takot sa conflict
- “Okay lang yan, lilipas din” mentality

Pero ang totoo,
Unresolved offense leads to division.

Matthew 18:15 – Go and talk to your brother.

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍,

Truth + Grace = Transformation

Verse
Proverbs 28:22 ESV

A stingy man hastens after wealth
and does not know that poverty will come upon him.

Devotion

He that hasteth to be rich hath an evil eye, and considereth not that poverty shall come upon him
Proverbs 28:22 KJV

The one who is in as hurry to get rich is here warned that the result will be poverty. This rush towards a set goal may lead to compromising standards of honesty, falling for "get rich schemes", or becoming a slave to a lender. In fact Paul warns that those who desire to be rich fall into hurtful lusts and pierce themselves through with many sorrows.

Being hasty is a problem in many areas of life. A quick observation of a situation without having all the facts may lead you to draw the wrong conclusion. This is especially true in relation to money, however, as this proverb reminds us.

If we are in a rush to increase our salary or experience worldly success, we can easily make choices that will lead to greater, and more significant, poverty in other areas. Many marriages, homes, hearts, and churches have been emotionally and spiritually bankrupted by an unchecked hunger for more profit, more money, more material success.

The Bible does not condemn money but rather the love of it. God blessed Abraham, Jacob, Job and others to be rich and many who have been so blessed have been generous givers and glorified God with their wealth. But to set riches as a goal leads to trouble.

Repeatedly in the Scriptures we are told to wait on the Lord. This is not a wait of idleness but a wait of expectation as one is busy doing what the Lord requires at the present. Therefore, do not rush toward financial gain; wait on the Lord's good purpose, timing, and way. His way always leads to true and lasting wealth.
