On August 26, 2026, at about 7:30 AM, personnel of the Pasay City Police Station, led by PLTCOL LADE LUCIO D. APANTO, ACOPA/ACOPO, under the supervision of PCOL JOSELITO M. DE SESTO, Chief of Police, conducted the Daily Personnel Accounting Report (DPAR) in front of the Pasay City Police Station Headquarters along F.B. Harrison Street, Pasay City.

The activity commenced with a Moral Enhancement Program (MEP) facilitated by Pastor Mario Capaycapay of Mighty Men in Uniform. This was followed by a Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) lecture on Rule 7, Section 7.3, Public Information, particularly on the protocols in the release of information, delivered by PLT FREDERICK B. TUGADE, Assistant Chief, IDMS.

An awarding ceremony was likewise conducted, during which Certificates of Commendation were presented to Pat Ray Nicole C. Alcaire, Pat Rodney R. Gabuyo, and Pat Aldryck Jons D. Elindo of Sub-Station 1 (CCP Complex), as well as NUP Sharon S. Sorongon and NUP Rudyrick R. Arevalo of IDMS, in recognition of their exemplary performance, steadfast commitment to duty, and significant contributions to the successful attainment of the station’s mission and objectives.

The activity concluded with staff announcements, followed by the guidance and closing remarks of PLTCOL APANTO, who reiterated the command guidance, reminders, and directives of the Regional Director for the guidance and compliance of all personnel.

On August 22, 2026 at about 1:04PM onwards, Pasay City Police through Station Community Affairs Section led by PLT LEO D AGUILA, Officer-in-Charge under the leadership of PCOL JOSELITO M DE SESTO, Chief of Police, in partnership with Project H.E.R.O. (Helping with Empathy in Reforming Others), conducted a Community Outreach and Relief Operation at Padre Zamora Elementary School, Zamora Street, Barangay 102, Pasay City.
The activity was conducted in coordination with the Pasay Social Welfare and Development Department (PSWDD) and officials of Barangays 106 and 107. Grocery packs, blankets, hygiene kits, and slippers were donated to fire victims residing in Barangay 106 and 107.
The initiative strengthened police-community relations through community engagement and service.

The Pasay City Police Station, led by PCOL JOSELITO M DE SESTO, Chief of Police, welcomed representatives from the National Police Commission–National Capital Region (NAPOLCOM-NCR) during their visit to the station on August 12, 2026, at about 9:00 AM for the Annual Assessment, Evaluation, and Monitoring Activities.

The NAPOLCOM-NCR team was headed by Ms. Amanda Margie B. Gollayan, LEEO III, together with Mr. Joseph D. Lising, LEEO II, and Ms. Camille Aira P. Palma, Administrative Assistant V.

The activity, held at the Pasay City Police Station Conference Room, focused on assessing and monitoring the participation of Local Chief Executives(LCEs) in Community Service-Oriented Policing (CSOP), evaluating their performance as NAPOLCOM Deputies, and ensuring compliance and alignment with NAPOLCOM guidelines and directives governing the maintenance of peace and order.

The Pasay City Police Station remains committed to strengthening collaboration with local government partners and ensuring that police operations and community-oriented initiatives remain responsive, accountable, and aligned with established policies and directives.

DE SESTO, Chief of Police, provided area security during the Distribution of Essential Medicines conducted at Corazon Aquino High School, located along Yellow Bell Street corner Andrews Avenue, Brgy. 184, Pasay City.

The activity was graced by Hon. Emi Calixto-Rubiano, City Mayor of Pasay, and Luigi Calixto Rubiano, Councilor of Pasay City. The security personnel ensured the safety and security of the attendees and maintained peace and order throughout the activity.
