Crispy Chicken in BBQ Pineapple Sauce

A delicious balance of crispy fried chicken tossed in a sweet, smoky, and tangy pineapple BBQ glaze—perfect for family meals or party trays.

Ingredients

For the Chicken

1 kg chicken (cut into serving pieces)

¼ cup calamansi juice or lemon juice

2 tbsp fish sauce

Breading mix (flour or preferred crispy coating)

Cooking oil, for deep frying

For the Pineapple BBQ Sauce

½ cup pineapple sauce

½ cup Mama Sita’s BBQ Sauce

2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning

½ cup tomato catsup

½ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp Spanish paprika

1 tbsp Cajun powder

½–1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

My life @50

Today, I am suffering from some sort of dermatitis, my skin is very dry. My face has lots of milia( not sure sa spelling)
Naka schedule mag pa laboratory test, but because of slow processing ng health card ( icare ) kaya delayed for a day. Meaning another pasting for me. Medyo scary dahil d ko alam baka bukas malaman ko ma lng na may malala na ako sakit. Yet thankful kc atleast may chance na gamutin. Ika nga prevention is better than cure kaya abangan natin bukas kung ano magiging result.
