Please review the information below to ensure a smooth transaction. For first-time clients, feel free to message us for any inquiries.
HOW TO PURCHASE (Live Selling)
1. Comment MINE + PRICE during the live (e.g., mine 5k).
2. Send a screenshot of the mined item to our page, along with your full name, address, and contact number (for first-time clients).
3. Screenshots are required before an invoice can be issued. No screenshot, no order.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Invoices and payment options will be sent after the live-selling event.
2. Payments must be completed within 2 working days from invoice issuance; otherwise, orders will be cancelled.
For cheque payments, items will be shipped once cheque payments are CLEARED by the bank.
3. LBC COP (with 30% DP) and lay-away options are available.
4. Items are dispatched after payment confirmation. Supplier-direct items will be shipped once received on our end.

1. Once a tracking number is provided, it is the client’s responsibility to monitor shipment status.
2. Standard delivery takes 7–10 days, subject to courier delays or peak seasons.
3. Customs duties and taxes depend on the destination country and are the client’s responsibility.
4. All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. For any concerns regarding damage, please contact us for evaluation.
