Once payment is received, we will book your airline ticket, hotel stay, or tour package immediately. You will receive your itinerary confirmation through your email address and mobile number within 20 minutes but not more than 24 hours. No full or partial refund will be processed unless stated otherwise on the itinerary. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities and force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, pandemics, or mandated government cancellations). A refund is not an option. In the event of a refund process, it may take up to 90-180 days to be returned, depending on the supplier's refund policies, but it will be processed immediately after the request is made and will be subject to penalties and fees. The refund will be returned in the same manner that your payment was processed.
