Salary package is flexible and would depend on your experience & guts to negotiate (Access Healthcare is an in-house BPO company, so a better and more competitive offer is expected compared to other BPO companies)
Virtual Process : From Initial to Job offer (For CSR position, commonly the process only includes initial and final interview-no assessment)
Saturday and Sunday off
Day 1 HMO plus (2 dependent-50% covered by the company)
Free shuttle service
20% Night Differential
Annual appraisal
Work schedule: From 8PM-5AM and 9PM to 6AM
Qualifications
- College undergrad/HS/SHS - Must have atleast 1 year BPO EXPERIENCE (Healthcare).
- Willing to work onsite at PASAY/TAGUIG
- No to hopper
