…that slow growth is something I had to learn too.
I used to shrink myself to hide my skin — dark spots, uneven tone, texture I felt ashamed of. Long sleeves, layers, makeup. Anything to feel “safe” and unseen.

Caring for my skin wasn’t instant. I learned to listen, be patient, and choose routines that were gentle and consistent. I stopped chasing quick fixes and started caring for my skin with intention, supporting it from within.

Care that goes 10 layers deep means showing up even on days I don’t feel my best. It’s not hiding flaws — it’s nourishing, respecting, and trusting myself to grow.

Now, I’m Skin10tional because I show up for myself every day, taking care of my skin, mind, and confidence with intention.
