Roll with the punches at KM 30.🥊🏃🏻♂️➡️
So far my 12-week marathon plan is on track. We are now entering the taper phase 📉 and will start reducing mileage 2 weeks before Runrio Manila Marathon!
Napaka ilap ng Sub-4 hour marathon finish time sa akin. Ang daming sacrifices for this training timeline. It wont be perfect but I can only hope for the best on race day.🙏🏼
