Iâm speaking up because staying silent only allows more misunderstanding.
If anyone on my Facebook list feels the need to mock the Iglesia Ni Cristo or twist stories about our faith, then youâre free to unfriend me. Iâm not here to impress anyone. Iâm here to stand for whatâs true.
People keep asking about my âpolitical views,â when in reality, I donât spend my life arguing about politics. I value peace, and I value friendships but that doesnât mean Iâll let anyone disrespect my faith or spread false narratives about the INC.
We are all Filipinos. One people. One nation.
Thatâs why I need to say this clearly:
"Blaming the INC for the failures of government is unfair and intellectually lazy."
Corruption in this country existed long before any bloc voting. Itâs a deep-rooted, decades-long system of abuse and selfishness. Reducing that to a â2% voting blocâ is not only inaccurate â itâs dishonest.
And while others spend time pointing fingers online, where were they when the INC was holding medical missions, relief operations, livelihood programs, housing projects, and community outreach across the Philippines?
Weâve been helping quietly, consistently, and sincerely long before these debates even existed.
Unity is not a crime.
Accountability is not a crime.
Standing up for the truth is not a crime.
But defending incompetence, ignoring corruption, and blaming ordinary citizens?
Thatâs what holds this country back.
People say, âKasalanan ng INC âyan, sila bumoto.â
Really?
So decades of corruption, kami may kasalanan?
Political dynasties, kami rin?
Misuse of taxes, INC ba gumawa?
Letâs be honest.
We vote like every Filipino. And voting for someone doesnât mean we idolize them or guarantee they wonât fail.
When something is wrong, we acknowledge it. Thatâs responsibility. Thatâs love for country.
Yet INC members become the easiest target while other groups criticize and protest without facing the same level of hate. Why?
Because itâs easier to attack a united group than address the real problems.
This is not about religion.
This is not about political colors.
This is about our shared desire for a government that genuinely serves the Filipino people.
We feel the effects of corruption just like everyone else.
Weâre tired of the same cycle of broken promises, just like you.
So instead of blaming the INC, letâs focus on the real issue:
leaders who choose power over service, and citizens who choose silence over accountability.
Letâs stop fighting each other.
Letâs stop ignoring the truth.
We all want a better Philippines so letâs act like it.
