Seafood:
• 250g shrimp (head-on or peeled)
• 250g mussels or clams (cleaned)
• 250g squid (sliced into rings)
• 250g crab (cut into halves, optional)
• 1 corn on the cob (sliced into chunks, optional)
• 1–2 sausages (sliced, optional)
For the Cajun-Chili Sauce:
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 6 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 1–2 red chilies (chopped, adjust to spice level)
• 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
• 1 tbsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp lemon juice or calamansi
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup water or seafood broth

👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Clean and prep all seafood.
Boil mussels and crabs separately until just cooked. Set aside.
2. Make the Cajun chili sauce:
In a large pan or wok, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, onions, and chopped chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add Cajun seasoning, chili flakes, paprika, and black pepper. Stir for 1 minute to bring out the flavor.
4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and water or broth. Mix well and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add shrimp, squid, mussels, and crab. Toss well to coat all seafood in the sauce. Cook for 4–6 minutes until everything is nicely coated and the shrimp turns pink.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning (salt, spice, or sweetness) to your preference.
7. Add corn and sausages if using. Let it simmer for 2 more minutes.
8. Serve hot with steamed rice or eat it boodle-style with your hands! 🔥🍚🦞
