Bilingual Game Support Representative (Korean/English)
Work Set-Up: On-site
Work Schedule: Regular, but may vary depending on the project
Location: Pasig City
Assigned Tasks:
• Handle Mobile/PC game customer service inquiries.
• Investigate detailed logs for inquiries using GM tools.
Implement propagation and follow-up measures when issues occur.
• Create reports for assigned projects.
• Manage community activities, including announcements and comment responses.
Qualifications:
• Advanced proficiency in the Korean language.
• Language certifications, such as TOPIK, are advantageous.
• Passion for online PC and/or mobile games.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve user issues effectively.
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig City.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Effective communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Previous experience in customer, game, or player support, particularly via email and chat, is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision.
• Experience with MMORPGs, RPGs, action, puzzle, and other game genres on PC and/or mobile platforms.
