Alam kong masakit pakinggan. Pero minsan, kailangan natin ng totoong usapan.

Lahat tayo may kakilala na matalino, masipag, pero ilang buwan o taon nang walang trabaho.

Ang sinisisi?

🗯️ "Wala kasing hiring ngayon."
🗯️ "May backer-backer kasi diyan."
🗯️ "Hindi kasi ako lucky gaya nila."

Pero minsan, hindi swerte ang kulang.

SKILLS ang kulang.

At sa panahon ngayon — lalo na sa online world — SKILLS ang pera.

💻 Gusto mo magka-trabaho?

Hindi sapat ang diploma. Hindi sapat ang “hardworking” sa resume.

Tanungin mo sarili mo:

✅ Marunong ba akong gumawa ng basic admin tasks?
✅ Kaya ko bang sumagot ng emails professionally?
✅ Marunong ba akong gumamit ng Google Docs, Zoom, Canva, ChatGPT, o kahit Calendar?

So kung wala ka pang trabaho ngayon, huwag mawalan ng pag-asa.

Pero huwag ka ring umasa lang.

Gumalaw. Mag-aral. Mag-upskill.

Ang dami nang Pilipinong kumikita from home — hindi dahil swerte sila, kundi dahil sineryoso nila ang skills nila.

🙏 Hindi ito pambabash.

Ito'y paalala: May pag-asa pa — kung kikilos ka.
