Tucked inside Lumina Homes Subdivision, San Vicente, Santo Tomas, this café is lowkey but promise — worth the visit.

🏡 Vibe Check
Perfect tambayan energy. Chill lang yung place, hindi siya grand view or overlooking type, pero super peaceful. Mahangin yung area, hindi maingay, and very relaxing — bagay for journaling, catch-ups, or slow afternoons.

☕ Coffee Game
They use single origin beans (yes pls 👌), and may sarili silang signature drinks.
Top pick ko? Golden Honey Latte.
Yum and unique — may sweetness na hindi nakakaumay. Hindi siya typical honey latte lang, may sariling character.
Bonus: Masarap din yung blueberry waffles nila. Hindi tinipid sa toppings, sakto sa kape.

Hindi lang drinks ha — if hindi ka pa nagla-lunch, they offer budget rice meals din. So pwede siya maging full meal stop, not just coffee run.

Hindi aggressive. Very affordable.
Less than ₱500, may food + drink combo ka na. Sulit for the quality and ambiance.

Okay lowkey gatekeeping spot pero sige share ko na. Adam’s Café is a small, cozy café tucked between local shops in Barangay Santa Clara — the kind of place you’d honestly miss if you’re not looking for it.

But once you find it? It becomes that spot.

It’s one of my favorite tambayan places when I need to:
Work quietly
Journal
Or just sip coffee and decompress

Small space, intimate setup — not intimidating, not loud. Very “focus ka lang diyan” energy.

💸 Price Point
For the quality of their coffee, super affordable siya. Hindi siya aggressive sa presyo but you still get that legit café taste. Sulit.

Caramel Macchiato (Hot or Cold)
– This one hits my sweet spot.
Not too sweet. Not too bitter. Balanced lang — perfect pang daily drink.
Cinnamon Bun/Roll
– Soft, comforting, bagay na bagay sa coffee.
Simple pleasure, but done right.

Owl Fab Caffe

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this café—it checked all my boxes for a chill and cozy spot.

✔️ Parking? Plenty
✔️ Cozy space? Check
✔️ Grammable? Super yes

Coffee and food prices aren’t aggressive at all, and I really loved their caramel macchiato—the blend was on point. They also have pastries and other pica-pica options if you just want something light.

I rated the food 4/5 for now since I still need to try their other meals.

The place is quiet and relaxing, perfect for chilling with friends or just unwinding. They accept cash, card, and GCash, which is always a plus.

Overall, a solid spot if you’re looking for a cozy café to slow down and enjoy good coffee. ☕✨

Nas Kape review

After the crowds at Coffee Beats by Life, NAS Cafe was a refreshing change—quiet, relaxed, and genuinely chill. Having its own view deck, the atmosphere here feels calmer, making it easy to slow down and actually enjoy the space.

Their coffee has a unique taste, something that sets it apart from the usual café offerings. The venue itself is flexible, accommodating both small and large groups comfortably. While you don’t lose the mountain scenery, the view shifts to open plains and the city below, which gives the place a different but equally appealing charm. I imagine this would be an especially good hangout spot at night.

Prices are reasonable and not aggressive, and I was seated immediately upon arrival. Honestly, I’m not sure why this café was nearly empty—people are definitely missing out.

Would I recommend it?
Yes. If you want good coffee, space, and a relaxed atmosphere away from crowds, NAS Cafe deserves more attention.

Pievana Roots Café really stands out for its atmosphere. If you’re looking for scenery and something beyond the usual café vibe, this place is a must. The space feels very nature-inspired—open, calming, and surprisingly spacious. It’s ideal for groups of friends, and since it’s tucked away from the street, it never feels noisy or crowded. You can hang out indoors or outdoors, and either way, there’s plenty of room to relax and stay awhile.

The only downside is the price. Coffee can go up to ₱335, and the food isn’t cheap either. That said, if you’re after a chill spot and price isn’t a dealbreaker, this café is definitely worth visiting.

Personal favorite: Chocomalt Espresso ☕

Baliktanaw Cafe Review

Okay, so I wanted to love Baliktanaw Cafe, pero guys… it’s not all sunshine and butterflies, okay?

Aesthetic-wise? Super grammable, like pang-IG feed goals! Old house vibes na cozy, and may parking din plus cute outdoor seating. It opens in the afternoon pa, and when we went, grabe — jam-packed! As in, daming tao, feeling hotspot levels.

Pero eto na, the plot twist. The staff? Kinda lost, bes. Walang system for the waitlist, parang no one’s in charge. And the vibe? Medyo snob yung iba when entertaining guests. Walang nag-offer ng upuan habang naghihintay kami, and we were just awkwardly stuck sa front door. Like, hello… nag-travel pa ako ng malayo for this?! Lowkey disappointed, to be honest. I didn’t even feel like taking pics kasi the mood was already off.

Would I recommend it?
Hmm… if you’re nearby lang, sure go. Pero if you’re traveling far just for this, maybe skip muna. And kung puno or wala nang upuan when you get there, I’d say mag-Sunday’s Cafe and Restaurant ka na lang — vibes din dun, promise.

Will give it a shot again, pero not sure when, nakakapagod ung byahe promise.
