We are Team DING! a group of 4th-year Multimedia Art students from CIIT College of Arts and Technology, developing our capstone project, entitled: 𝘿𝙄𝙉𝙂! 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝘿𝙧𝙖𝙜, 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙌𝙪𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙋𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧. It is a first-of-its-kind, community-rooted zine series that honors, celebrates, and immortalizes the art and lived experiences of drag artists and the q***r community.

Our project aims to uplift Filipino drag, not as a side story, but as a powerful force of art, culture, and q***r resistance. It is more than just a publication; it’s a love letter, a protest, and a living archive of the community.

From the grind behind the glam, to the icons on stage, and the legacy and impact of drag in society — these stories are too fierce, too vibrant, and too important to be forgotten. Every page is stitched with gratitude, pride, and the promise that q***r stories in the Philippines will not only be told, but also remembered and safeguarded for the next generations to come.
