Dear Teachers,

I know you're tired. I know you really want some rest. Because I know, at this very moment, if it's not you, someone out there is complaining of his unfinished take home works. I know, somebody is sobbing for he missed an important family affair because he's ordered to report in school. I know, someone did not eat dinner together with his family because he's doing something for his students.

It takes a brave heart, like yours to be a teacher. It takes passion to love teaching. Everyone knows how to teach, but not everyone is given the empathy and courage to be ONE.

Amidst all the expectations, judgments, criticisms and failures, YOU should never give up. Because QUITTING is not included in YOUR job description.

Cheer up! If they can't see your efforts today, let us all hope that maybe, someday they will.
