Sad Reality - Rp is Dead
There is no such thing as serious roleplay in most Philippine servers. No matter how hard administrators or server owners try to present their communities as different or superior, the reality remains the same—it’s deteriorating. Roleplay in Philippine servers is dying, and we need to accept that.
Even the simplest rules are often misunderstood or ignored. Many players don’t take the time to read them, and those who do still tend to disregard them. No matter how polished our advertisements may be or how appealing we try to make our cities appear, they still fall short of the serious roleplay standards found in international servers.
This is one of the reasons we’re being left behind. In many cases, it’s actually the admins and owners who contribute to their own servers' decline. It's difficult to judge them entirely—they may or may not be compensated, and they may or may not listen to the community. Still, issues like power-tripping and abuse of authority are all too common. Don’t claim your city is perfect or unlike any other—I seriously doubt it. That’s why international servers continue to thrive, even when we try to imitate them.
With the current state of roleplay culture in the Philippines, the level of serious roleplay we aspire to simply isn’t possible
