The seminar was expertly emceed by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐄𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚, 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐌𝐂𝐈, who set a welcoming and engaging tone for the day. 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞 𝐑. Mr. Cabandi then walked the students through the intricate designs of the First Philippine Banknote Series, pointing out the cultural and historical significance embedded within each note. He carefully detailed the security features, empowering the students to identify genuine currency and stop fake money. The presentation addressed frequently asked questions about the new polymer banknotes, further solidifying the students' understanding.

Beyond currency, Mr. Cabandi extended his expertise to financial planning, providing practical tips and strategies for responsible money management. This segment proved particularly valuable, offering the students tangible tools for securing their financial future.

The BSP seminar at Mount Moriah College Incorporated (MMCI) proved to be a resounding success, arming students with the knowledge and understanding necessary to navigate the complexities of Philippine currency and personal finance. The event underscored the importance of financial literacy in building a secure and prosperous future for the next generation.

Day 3 of Intramurals was a highly anticipated day, with teams giving their best to win. Players from the 𝑩𝒍𝒖𝒆 𝑭𝒂𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔, 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝑽𝒊𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔, 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒌 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒐𝒏, and 𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑽𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑯𝒂𝒘𝒌𝒔 fostered unity, dedication, and a strong desire to win each competition.

Major sports like 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥, and 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐬 highlighted the athletes' strength, showcasing tremendous power in every shot and spike. The thrill of these tournaments flowed through each venue, creating a win-win or lose-lose atmosphere. The 𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 , due to its single elimination format, ended on Day 3 with fun and enjoyment, as participants displayed agility, reflexes, and powerful smashes.

In 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝, participants demonstrated an unwavering desire to win, alongside the acceptance of potential defeat. The 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐤 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐚𝐰 tournament was filled with enthusiasm, as participants showcased their kicking skills and handled challenging situations with aplomb.

The 𝐂𝐎𝐃𝐌 tournament showcased students' adept participation, strategic thinking, and cooperation, fostering happiness and emphasizing efficiency and teamwork.

These tournaments tested strategies, discipline, skills, and endurance, creating a strong desire and determination in each team to win against their opponents.

Day 3 was a blast for all teams, strengthening bonds among students, faculty, and staff. It reminded everyone that winning is not just about medals, but also about building friendships.

The most important aspect of Day 3 was the spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie, filled with loud cheers, passion, friendship, and pride.

Remember, compete as rivals, and celebrate as one, because victory is sweet, but sportsmanship makes it meaningful.

The 𝑀𝐿 𝑇𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑛𝑎𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑇𝑒𝑎𝑚𝑠 demonstrated intricate strategies and seamless coordination, proving that competitive gaming requires just as much dedication and teamwork as any physical sport. The 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 celebration at 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 last 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 30, 2025, with the theme "𝙁𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙖𝙩 𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮! 𝙎𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩 𝙣𝙖 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙠𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙠𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣! was a meaningful and eye-opening event that reminded us of the importance of healthy living. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺; 𝙞𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙨, 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡-𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜.


The event featured a variety of activities, including 𝙖 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧-𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩, 𝙖 𝙨𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩, 𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙖 𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞-𝙟𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚—all centered around promoting good nutrition. These activities helped students become more aware of how food directly affects their energy, mood, academic performance, and long-term health. What stood out most was how the celebration brought students, teachers, and staff together to support a common goal: a healthier lifestyle. It reminded us that good nutrition is not just a personal choice but also a responsibility toward ourselves, our families, and our community.

One of the highlights of the event was the awarding ceremony. Winners from different contests and departments were recognized for their creativity, effort, and participation. Watching our fellow students receive certificates and prizes was truly encouraging; it showed the importance of staying involved and giving our best in every activity.

Overall, Nutrition Month at Mount Moriah College Incorporated was not only fun and interactive but also left a lasting impact on how we view health and nutrition. Everyone was grateful to be part of a school that values and promotes the well-being of its students. This event could truly make a positive difference in every student’s life in the long run.

"The event commenced with opening remarks by 𝑫𝒓. 𝑭𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒐 𝑳. 𝑹𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒔, who delivered an inspiring message emphasizing the importance of the upcoming SSC election. He encouraged every student to 𝒗𝒐𝒕𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒚 and 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑.

Just before the event kicked off, the campus atmosphere was filled with excitement and enthusiasm. As the program officially began, the aspiring SSC officers, 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝑨𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑩𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑼𝑺𝑨𝑩 𝑷𝑨𝑹𝑻𝒀-𝑳𝑰𝑺𝑻), introduced themselves, showcasing their 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉, 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆, and 𝒅𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 as they presented their platforms focusing on "𝒂𝒅𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒆𝒙𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒂, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒏𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔," adding to the event's highlights. Following this, the 𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑩𝒚 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑽𝒐𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑩𝑹𝑨𝑽𝑬 𝑷𝑨𝑹𝑻𝒀-𝑳𝑰𝑺𝑻) introduced themselves, giving off a 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒖𝒍 and 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒖𝒓𝒂 as they presented their platforms, emphasizing "𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒂 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝒃𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅, 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒅𝒂𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓.

As soon as the debate began, each of the party lists exchanged their views regarding the issues currently faced by the school. The tension between the two parties filled the air, making everyone hold their breath for what would happen next. The program included a segment wherein students were given the opportunity to prepare a question for both parties, which made the students clap, cheer, and scream as the candidates confidently answered.

They left an impression that made students find it challenging to decide whom to vote for, as both party lists showed great potential in leading the school. Both party lists reminded the students of the importance of choosing true leaders—leaders who will listen, value students voices, and genuinely serve the school community towards its growth and betterment.

Additionally, performances by first-year students from the College of Education, third-year students from the College of Criminology, and students from the College of Business Administration demonstrated the students’ creativity and passion for advocating healthy living. Overall, the Nutrition Month opening program was a resounding success, effectively promoting health and wellness among both students and faculty. The event served as a poignant reminder of the essential role that nutrition and healthy habits play in fostering a vibrant academic community.
