Hi Everyone! This is Mikael Muena ang BPO Agent Kuya ng Pangasinan. Some of you might saw my previous YouTube Channel which is (Roper Muena Vlogs). I lost all my access on that account and here we are creating a new one to start a new beginning.

Life Update: Clouds are dark - Birds are not chirping - Sun is not showing - Wind is strong.

Hoping that everyone is safe during this kind of season specially this past few days because of the typhoon kristine.

Life Realization: I’m not sure if this is only happening to BPO. Have you ever experienced na during training super dami niyo like more than 20 and then pa konti konti nababawasan kayo hanggang sa mag isa or tatlo nalang kayong maiiwan?

First Question ko sakanila, why are they resigning? most of them says they resigned because the salary is not enough, then I asked myself again? why did they agree in the first place? if they knew that it’s not gonna be enough? Then an idea popped up from my head “maybe??” it was enough at first until they decided to do a different lifestyle that they can no longer sustain?.

Second Question ko, why are they saying na “Ang toxic ng company” then napaisip ako mabuti - and then I told myself how can a company be toxic? Sila naman nagpapasahod, nagbibigay ng bonus right? Maybe?? It is because of the people that you work with ? Kasi sila naman nakakasama mo? Nakakausap mo? Then, Sabi ng braincells ko (Ahh, sinasabi siguro nila yan kasi siguro dahil sa TL or TRAINER or ANYBODY THAT IS HIGHER na nag eemobody nung company).

I think what we should do to avoid this is to be KIND, give chance to KNOW the PEOPLE that you’re gonna WORK with, and AVOID MANIFESTING NEGATIVE ENERGY.

If you are hearing some of your TEAMMATES saying “AYAW KO NA” “NAKAKAPAGOD” “ANG TOXIC” let’s tell them to manifest POSITIVE ENERGY.

Again, NO WORK IS EASY but IF YOU’LL LOVE YOUR WORK it WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE EASY.

THEN NAPAGTANTO KO - Right now! I am at the RIGHT COMPANY with the RIGHT TL and with the AMAZING COLLEAGUES.

Life Realization: Some people call this work an easy peasy job because they only see you seating and just talking, but they don’t know that you are fighting mentally (vebs ang hirap mag english buong 8 hours promises HAHAHA) plus you can’t argue with the customer nor be rude even though they are.

Tapos kailangan nice ka sakanila and okay lahat ng call mo, why? Kasi may mga parameters kang need i meet like QA(Quality Assurance) then Surveys na kailangan passing, which is mang gagaling pa sa customers.

But Salary Wise and Benefits (love it) plus naka work from home (depende sa company) ka pa then provided ang equipment (depende sa company) so it’s a go go gooooo.

ALL JOB IS HARD NOTHING IS EASY BUT LOVE YOUR JOB AND YOUR JOB WILL LOVE YOU
