𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗣𝗨 𝗣𝗣𝗖 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗨𝗦 𝗖𝗖𝗝𝗘 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 ‎

‎All students of CCJE from 1st year to 4th year, conduct a Ground Improvement to thoroughly clean the whole CCJE building and its surroundings. ‎This activity shows that with everyone's effort we can make our CCJE building maintain a clean and safe environment .
‎
‎The activity was organized by the College of Criminal Justice Education Student Organization (CCJESO) in coordination with the CCJE faculty. Through the active participation of students and faculty members, the activity demonstrated the importance of discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and unity within the CCJE community. ‎The success of this activity was made through the collective effort, perseverance and unity of the CCJE students and faculty.

𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐔𝐁𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐇𝐀

Standing in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Light Station Tubbataha
remains a symbol of the Philippine Coast Guard's commitment to maritime safety and environmental protection. Amid thousands of nesting seabirds and the pristine beauty of Tubbataha Reefs, the lighthouse continues to guide mariners safely through the Sulu Sea while coexisting with one of the world's richest marine ecosystems.

The Tubbataha Reefs light is one of the lighthouses built during the American Era.
The station was established in 1915, but the original lighthouse was erected only in 1938. In 1980, the Philippine Coast Guard replaced the original wooden skeletal tower with a more durable reinforced concrete lighthouse.

As part of the Philippine Coast Guard's continuing modernization of the country's
Aids to Navigation (ATON) system, LS Tubbataha underwent another major upgrade in 2019. The improvements included the construction of a Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) lighthouse tower, installation of an energy-efficient LED marine lantern, solar-powered electrical system and an updated light characteristic of Flashing White Light every Five (5) Seconds (Fl (2) W 5s).

More than an aid to navigation, LS Tubbataha represents resilience, service, and
the enduring mission of the Philippine Coast Guard to protect lives at sea and preserve the nation's natural heritage.

𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟬𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Criminology students from first year to fourth year once again showcased discipline, professionalism, and respect for proper uniform standards during the inspection organized by the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗖𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗢).

The activity highlighted the importance of responsibility, orderliness, and preparedness among aspiring law enforcers and public servants—values that reflect the College’s continued commitment to excellence and integrity in the field of criminal justice.

𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗟𝗘) 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝗢𝗳𝗳

The College of Criminal Justice Education Student Organization (CCJESO) of Western Philippines University – Puerto Princesa Campus, led by Gov. Angel Grace S. Magbato together with their Adviser, the Dean of CCJE, and faculty members, extended their moral support to the CLE takers of Batch 2026 on first day of the Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE) held on August 1, 2026 at Palawan State University – Main Campus.

The send-off activity aimed to boost the morale of the examinees as they took a major step toward becoming licensed professionals.

As they take this significant step, the WPU CCJE community stands united in confidence in their preparation, discipline, and determination. This moment marks the culmination of years of hard work and dedication toward their professional goal.

A 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 was successfully held on the afternoon of July 28, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 - 𝗣𝘂𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀. Organized by the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, the event brought together Criminology students in a collective effort to promote physical fitness, discipline, and camaraderie.

𝘾𝘾𝙅𝙀 𝘼𝙘𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙮 2026: 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙨, 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 – 𝗣𝘂𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗖𝗝𝗘) successfully held its Acquaintance Party on July 17, 2026, bringing together students, faculty, and staff for an evening filled with fun, laughter, and opportunities to build friendships and meaningful connections.

Dressed in their casual wear attire, everyone enjoyed a relaxed and lively atmosphere. The event served as a warm welcome to both new and returning students, creating an opportunity to get to know one another beyond the classroom. Through exciting games, lively performances, music, and shared laughter, the CCJE community celebrated the beginning of another memorable academic year.

A significant highlight of the evening was the 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 for the new administration and student leaders of the College, symbolizing the transition of leadership and the continuation of service, dedication, and excellence within the CCJE community. The ceremony formally recognized the contributions of the outgoing leaders while entrusting the incoming officers with the responsibility of leading and representing the student body. It served as a meaningful reminder of the importance of leadership, commitment, and teamwork in achieving the goals of the college. Adding to the excitement of the night was the awarding ceremony, where participants, game winners, and students who stood out in their casual wear attire were recognized for their enthusiasm, teamwork, creativity, and outstanding participation. Their achievements reflected the energy, confidence, and vibrant spirit that made the event truly memorable.

The program was skillfully 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗠𝘀. 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗿. 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮, whose enthusiasm, confidence, and engaging presence contributed to the smooth flow and success of the event. Their efforts helped create an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for everyone in attendance.

The evening was more than just a social gathering; the Acquaintance Party celebrated the values of unity, camaraderie, and excellence that define the CCJE community. As another academic year begins, may the friendships formed and memories created during this celebration continue to inspire everyone to grow and succeed together. Together, we continue to build 𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮—connected by friendship, driven by excellence, and inspired to grow as future criminal justice professionals.
