β Maintain and update 201 files of teaching and non-teaching personnel
β Monitor daily attendance, leave applications, and DTRs
β Prepare and update Service Records, certifications, and employment documents
β Coordinate personnel concerns with GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR
β Assist in recruitment, appointment, and reclassification processes
β Prepare and submit HR-related reports to the Division Office

β Prepare and update the Annual Procurement Plan (APP)
β Process Purchase Requests (PR) and Obligation Requests
β Maintain Property Inventory (ICS & PAR)
β Conduct regular physical inventory of school property
β Monitor issuance and utilization of supplies and equipment
β Prepare disposal and condemnation documents for unserviceable items

β Assist in school budget preparation and planning
β Prepare financial reports as delegated by the School Head
β Process and check liquidation documents
β Monitor MOOE utilization and balances
β Ensure completeness and accuracy of disbursement documents
