Mission Accomplished: School Security Strengthened our New Perimeter Fence is Complete!

We are thrilled to announce that the Construction of the School Perimeter Fence project has been successfully completed ahead of schedule for the month of March 2026. This project was funded through the school’s MOOE (Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses) allocation for FY 2025-2026. Hence, this vital infrastructure upgrade was made possible through the joint efforts of our school administration, the Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA), and local stakeholders.

The new fence isn't just about boundaries; it's about building a safe and conducive learning environment for our 55 learners and 5 teaching staff of Sinippil Elementary School.

Key benefits include:
• Enhanced Security: Deterring unauthorized entry and preventing stray animals from entering campus grounds.
• Student Safety: Ensuring younger learners remain within designated play areas during the school day.
• Asset Protection: Securing school facilities and equipment from unauthorized removal.
• Collaborative Spirit: We extend a special thanks to our parent volunteers and local SPTA teams who assisted with site construction of fence.
• Safety Rules: Remind students not to climb the fence or pass items through the slats to outsiders.

SES COMPLETES MURAL PAINTING FACADE AND DIRECTORY STAFF IMPROVEMENT AND PROJECT BRINGS COLORFUL

Cauayan City – Sinippil Elementary School proudly announces the successful completion of its facade mural and a new set directory staff, marking another milestone in the school’s ongoing campus improvement program.

The facade improvement project, completed in February 2026 focused on modernizing the school’s main entrance to create a more welcoming, safe, and visually appealing environment for learners, staff, and visitors. The renovation included repainting, updated signage, improved lighting fixtures, and minor structural enhancements to strengthen the building’s exterior presentation.

According to school head, the project aims to reflect the institution’s commitment to excellence and continuous development.

“The updated facade symbolizes our growth and dedication to providing a positive learning environment,” said Roberto Alicum, Teacher In-Charge.”

In addition to the facade upgrade, the school created a new school directory official and staff at the middle entrance. The directory provides clear and accessible information regarding the info of administrative offices, and staff departments. The new system is designed to improve navigation efficiency and enhance school's safety.

The project was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the school administration, facilities management team, and supportive stakeholders.

The successful completion of this initiative demonstrates the school’s proactive approach to infrastructure development and its commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for the entire community.

Further campus enhancement projects are expected to continue as part of the school’s long-term improvement plan.

OLPCC Junior High and School Unite for "Holistic Care" Outreach Program

Cauayan City — In a major boost to learners’ welfare, Our lady of the Pillar College-Cauayan (OLPCC) launched a multi-faceted outreach initiative today at Sinippil Elementary School combining a school-wide feeding program with the distribution of relief goods and educational resources to the learners and parents.

The event, held under the Adopt School Framework, aimed to address both the nutritional and instructional needs of over 55 learners and parents.

Feeding Program: Nourishing Young Minds
The highlight of the day was the Volunteers students of OLPC Junior High served fortified meals to learners, particularly those in Kindergarten and Grades 1 to 6, as part of a program to combat child malnutrition.

Relief and Resource Distribution
To alleviate the financial burden on families, the organization distributed "care packages" and relief items. These included:
Relief Goods: Essential grocery items such as noodles, biscuits goods, and hygiene kits.

Learning Materials: A "Book Drive" turnover featured donated children's books and reading materials to replenish the school's library.

School Supplies: Students received plastic envelop filled with notebooks, pencils, and coloring books.

A Shared Commitment
"When we give old books or extra supplies, we aren't just clearing out shelves; we are opening doors for children who might otherwise lack the basic tools to attend class regularly," said Crisanto Magaoay, Principal.

Roberto Alicum, Teacher In-Charge expressed deep gratitude, noting that partnerships with the private sector are vital for maintaining the school's momentum throughout the year. "This holistic approach—feeding the body and the mind—ensures our learners are truly ready to learn."
