Developing the Leader Within You: Training for Novaliches General Hospital’s Middle Management

On November 21-22, 2024, I had the opportunity to conduct the “Developing the Leader Within You” program for the middle management team at Novaliches General Hospital. This session was designed to help participants unlock their leadership potential, equipping them with the skills and insights needed to lead confidently and drive positive changes within their teams.

Throughout the training, we engaged in interactive discussions, leadership self-assessments, and group activities that emphasized key principles of leadership, including vision, communication, and team empowerment. The participants worked on real-life scenarios and case studies specific to the healthcare setting, developing strategies for improving collaboration, decision-making, and patient care.

The session also included goal-setting workshops, where each leader created personalized action plans for their development and growth within the hospital. By the end of the training, the middle management team was equipped with practical tools to lead effectively, enhance their leadership skills, and contribute to the hospital’s success.

It was a rewarding experience to witness the commitment and dedication of these leaders, and I look forward to seeing how they will continue to grow and impact their teams and the patients they serve.

Kick-off Leadership Program for the Next-Gen Leaders of Northern Water Works

From October 3-6, 2024, I had the honor of conducting the “Developing the Leader Within You” program for the next-generation leaders of Northern Water Works in Bacolod and Iloilo. This training served as the kick-off session for a continuing leadership program aimed at empowering the future leaders of the company.

The program, inspired by John Maxwell’s leadership teachings, focused on building a solid foundation for leadership by exploring critical concepts like self-awareness, visionary leadership, and team empowerment. Participants engaged in interactive activities, group discussions, and real-life scenarios that challenged them to think strategically and lead with integrity.

This leadership initiative is designed to help these emerging leaders develop the skills they need to drive the company forward, make informed decisions, and create a culture of collaboration and excellence. By the end of this kick-off session, the next-gen leaders of Northern Water Works were ready to step into their roles with confidence and a clear vision for the future.

Developing the Leader Within You: Leadership Program for Skyline Hospital & Medical Center

On August 13-14, 2024, I had the privilege of conducting the “Developing the Leader Within You” leadership program for the middle management team of Skyline Hospital and Medical Center at their training room in Bulacan.

This empowering session, inspired by the teachings of John Maxwell, focused on unlocking the leadership potential within each participant. Through interactive discussions, self-reflection activities, and group exercises, we explored key leadership principles such as visionary leadership, building trust, and empowering teams. The goal was to help each leader recognize their own strengths and develop the skills needed to lead with purpose and influence.

The program emphasized practical applications, giving the middle managers valuable tools to lead with confidence, inspire their teams, and drive success in the healthcare setting. By the end of the training, participants were equipped with a deeper understanding of their leadership style and how to foster a positive, high-performing team culture.

Developing the Leader Within You: Training for Bilrey Construction

On September 12-13, 2022, I had the opportunity to conduct a powerful “Developing the Leader Within You” training for Bilrey Construction, attended by 50 of their middle management team members. This session, echoing the teachings of John Maxwell, focused on nurturing the leadership potential within each participant.

Through a series of interactive discussions, group activities, and leadership exercises, we explored key principles from Maxwell’s philosophy, such as influential leadership, servant leadership, and the importance of building trust and respect within teams. The training was designed to help participants recognize their own leadership potential and empower them to inspire and motivate their teams effectively.

Key activities included self-assessment exercises to identify leadership strengths and areas for growth, as well as practical applications to help managers develop a vision, set goals, and foster collaboration. By the end of the training, each participant was better equipped to lead with confidence, purpose, and passion.

Following the success of the Digital Marketing Program, I conducted a focused Social Media Training Session for the sellers of Suntrust Properties, Inc. This session aimed to deepen their understanding of social media platforms and strategies to further enhance their online presence and sales performance.

We explored advanced content strategies, audience targeting, analytics, and engagement techniques to help sellers maximize platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The participants also learned how to create visually appealing posts, write compelling captions, and schedule content for consistency and reach.

A key highlight was the Content Creation Workshop, where sellers designed their own posts, captions, and campaigns tailored to their specific target markets. The session emphasized the importance of authentic engagement with followers to build trust and loyalty.
