Running in the heat is a challenge, but staying cool is the key to lasting longer and finishing strong🏃♥️🏃
1⃣ Hydrate Early and Often – Drink water before, during, and after your run. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty.
2⃣ Wear Light, Breathable Gear – Choose moisture-wicking fabrics and a hat to keep cool and protect from the sun.
3️⃣ Run Early or Late – Avoid peak heat by running in the morning or evening when temperatures are lower.
4⃣ Cool Your Body – Pour water over your head, use cooling towels, and run in shaded areas whenever possible.
5⃣ Listen to Your Body – If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or overly fatigued, slow down, find shade, and rehydrate.
