Looking for a detail-oriented assistant to handle administrative tasks. The role is primarily work-from-home but requires occasional on-site visits.

‼️Requirements:
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
• Preferably with a background in chemistry, as you may be required to create samples occasionally, but not required.
• Must be willing to start immediately.

📍Schedule: Monday to Saturday

💼 Compensation: Minimum wage with benefits and additional commissions

In business, planting seeds of trust and connection is so important. 🌱

This lovely couple first reached out to me in August 2023 to discuss their product vision. They explored their options and reached out to me again in April 2024. At the time, I was pregnant and unable to do lab work, so I couldn’t accommodate their request.

I don’t believe in hard selling. I provide clients with the information they need and let them decide on their own. I never want them to feel pressured or rushed because I understand how important it is to be emotionally prepared for the journey. Clients are smarter than you think! If they see the value in what you offer, they will come back.

In December 2024, they reached out again to discuss their project, and this year, they officially signed the contract! It’s amazing to see how those seeds of trust and patience have now grown into the start of an exciting collaboration.
