Happy Birthday, Daddy!

Before I even came into this world, you prayed that I’d have Mommy’s eyes. And because you’ve been such a good man, God granted that prayer—over and over again! That’s why I came out looking exactly like Mommy. Sorry, Daddy, no twinning today. But don’t worry… I may have Mommy’s face, but I know I’ll grow up with your heart.

I see how kind you are, how you always give even when you don’t have much, and how you always stand up for what’s right—kahit minsan nakakapagod. That’s the kind of man I want to be someday.

Thank you for being my protector, my first hero, and the best daddy ever. I may not be able to say the words yet, but I hope my giggles and baby babbles let you know how much I love you.

I’m 4 months old now, and the world is starting to make sense!

I see colors, I hear music, and I’m trying to talk (don’t worry, I’ll get there!). Mama says I’ll explore the outside soon—but for now, I’m exploring love, cuddles, and milk. And that’s pretty amazing, too.
