50 NPA Surrendered to the Government thru CIA-Bayanihan President and Founder & Provincial Board Member EFREN RAMBO RAFANAN, during the Convention and Induction of Officers at the PICC, Phillippine International Convention Center. The Surrenderees came from the Provinces of Camarines Sur, Northern Samar, Zambales, Aurora, and Ilocos Sur. The Oath of Allegiance was administered by Colonel Arnulfo Bujarin of NTF-ELCAC, Malacanang, BGen. Lou Evangelista Chief PNP-PCADG, Gen. Abelardo Villacorta - Assistant Director General of NICA- National Intelligence Coordinating Agency.
