From a mom of a child within the spectrum 🧩
Not many people know that Kyzer was diagnosed with mild autism. When we share this, we often hear things like, “It doesn’t show,” or "He doesn’t look like he’s on the spectrum.”
We consider ourselves fortunate that his symptoms were manageable and that we embraced early intervention.
Therapy sessions and tutoring weren’t easy — emotionally and financially. There were days that left us drained and worried about the future (way back 2023)
But today, Kyzer has come a long way. We’re proud, we’re grateful. Still, I sometimes wonder: What if we couldn’t afford therapy? The tutor? His tuition fees that cost us more than hundred thousand. 🥺
It’s a painful reality that in the Philippines, families with children on the spectrum often receive little to no support.
To Kyzer, mom will always hold your hand and walk alongside you. I am and will always be proud of you.
To every parent walking this path — I pray that God gives you strength, provision, and hope. You’re not alone. 💙
