Can foreigners own a house and lot property in the Philippines?

As long as the property is using a condominium title (CCT), foreigners can own the property.

Whether it is in an actual condo building. Or a townhouse or duplex, just like these houses at Commune Village in Nasugbu, Batangas.

However, ownership by foreigners in the entire village project should not exceed 40%. It’s the same condo ownership limitation that we know.

These can be purchased via the SRRV or Special Resident’s Retirement Visa, a non-immigrant visa for multiple-entry privileges.
