📣 OFFICIAL STATEMENT RE: LAMINATION OF BTR BOOK COVERS 📣

Hi everyone,

We’ve heard that some of you experienced issues with the lamination of your books. We’re truly sorry about this, as we also expect each copy to be of the best quality, from the pages down to the cover, you hold in your hands or on the safety of your shelves.

We’ve already reached out to our supplier, and they’re grateful that this was raised. This will help them run more thorough quality checks on future batches so the books can only get better moving forward.

If you’ve received a book with laminate issues, we’d appreciate it if you could fill out our Issue Report Form (link below) and attach a photo evidence to support your claim. This way, we can take note of it properly and give you additional perks on your next purchase as our way of saying thank you for your understanding.

Your feedback means so much to us. Please know that we’re always listening and working hard to improve our products to give you all the best quality books you deserve.

🚨 Ilang ANNOUNCEMENTS / DISCLAIMERS lang po, lalo na't may nakakatanggap na ng :

• TRACKING NUMBERS •

Magiging accessible na po ulit ang Masterlist this afternoon/evening (we'll announce) and do'n na po namin dinagdag ang Tracking Numbers and Delivery Status.

Sorry at nahuli na po ito ngayong may nakakatanggap na nga, mas nagfo-focus po kasi talaga kaming matapos muna ang packing tapos dala lang nang dala sa J&T.

• DEDICATIONS •

Doon po sa may dedications, may nakasulat sa labas na codes niyo for our convenience. But there's a few na namali kami ng sulat ng codes pero tama naman ang name sa loob ng book.

Sana po check niyo muna yung name sa dedic before niyo kami i-DM. ('Wag niyo na po i-post please 🥹) If nagkamali talaga, we will shoulder the return and reshipping fees (of the book lang, sa inyo na po ang freebies).

• DENTS •

We really did our best para ma-avoid po ang dents, pero sa handling na kasi talaga nakasalalay. And ang na-print pong books ay sakto lang sa na-preorder, hindi na namin mapapalitan 'yan, pasensya na po.

• INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES •

Yung iba pong hindi complete ang shipping address, nag-base lang po kami sa nase-search namin sa Google Maps.

If magkamali man and na-return ang parcel, please DM us, pero kung mapatunayan po naming insufficient talaga ang details na nailagay niyo sa form, kayo po ang mags-shoulder ng additional fees.

We're asking again for your kind consideration, aminado po kami talaga na nagkakamali kami lalo na't kaming team ang nagmamano-mano sa pag-pack, wala pa kaming equipments or systems o kung ano man.
