A blessed day to all! Especially to those who are braving the scorching heat outside today. Riders, commuters, and all outdoor enthusiasts, please be extra careful and mindful of your health.

As a news photographer, I personally felt the intense heat while searching for the perfect subject photo. But I knew my limits and took shelter to rehydrate with some not-so-cold water.

Let's remember, our minds may think we can handle the heat, but our bodies have their limits. So let's all be careful and stay safe under the sun!

LOOK: Another milestone unlocked in my Aikido journey with my incredible classmates and our amazing Sensei Arra Jeuneze Corpuz at Arena Fitness Dojo: Aikido Wushu, Fisher Mall, Quezon City. It's an honor to train alongside higher belts and continuously improve my techniques. And to top it off, we had a blast at our year-end celebration with back-to-back performances, from singing and dancing to even Wushu! And of course, we couldn't miss our formal and wacky group shot to commemorate another successful year. LOOK: Another day, another step forward in my Aikido journey. On Sunday (December 10, 2023) was a productive one at Arena Fitness Dojo, Fishermall, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. I'm grateful for the guidance and support of my Sensei Arra and my fellow Aikido higher belts. Special thanks to Sensei Cris and Aikido black belter Raymond for their valuable lessons. It's truly an honor to learn and grow in the world of Aikido with everyone!

LOOK: It's been two decades since the iconic Fiesta Carnival has re-opened at General Aguinaldo Avenue, corner General McArthur Avenue in Araneta City, Quezon City on Saturday (December 9, 2023), and it's back with a bang! From classic rides and attractions to modern and exciting ones, this place has it all for the young and young at heart. As seen in the photo, the two co-workers are overjoyed to be riding one of the rides, "World Trip" on its re-opening day.
