When people ask me what the toughest job on a cruise ship is, my answer is simple: every department.

We all have different roles and responsibilities onboard, and each one comes with its own challenges. The stress, the pressure, the exhaustion, and the sacrifices may look different, but they are felt by everyone.

Working at sea is completely different from working on land. It takes discipline, resilience, and the ability to adapt to a lifestyle far from your comfort zone.

If you're planning to work onboard, prepare yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually. Life at sea can be rewarding, but it will also test you in ways you never expected. 🌊⚓️
