Ang saya makita kung gaano na ka-solid ang local fragrance scene. 🇵🇭

Galing tayo sa The Awakening Campaign by FragCom Meet sa Unbox Greenhills kanina, and ang daming local perfumers and noses na talagang worth checking out.

Syempre, hindi rin tayo umuwi nang walang dala. 😅 Sharing some of yesterday's haul -- from bottles I bought because of the scent, to some na honestly... presentation pa lang, napabili na ako.

If hindi pa kayo nakakapunta, ongoing pa ang din ito today at Unbox Greenhills. Some items are already running out, but marami pa ring brands worth discovering.

Scent of the Day: Marxma 1

Took Marxma 1 for a date and a late-night ride, oversprayed a bit... okay, maybe more than just a bit.

P450 perfume, motorcycle ride, one coffee, one compliment. Tara kwentuhan tayo.

Unboxing: Volare Arctic Breeze

Blind bought Arctic Breeze by Volare Perfumes from The Dubai Shop Baliuag as we are still looking for the best LV Imagination inspired scent. This one actually surprised me more than I expected.

For the price, this might be worth it. Do you have this? Or would you add this to your LV Imagination inspired list?

Fragrance Diaries: My Thoughts on the Marxma Issue

I know I'm late to this, but I wanted to actually try the Marxma Fragrances product first before saying anything. Packaging, the scent itself, the expectations around the brand, especially from Boss Kiks -- and more importantly, how we treat people in this community.

We won't always smell things the same way. We won't always agree. That's part of what makes fragrance interesting.

Respect each other's noses. Respect where people are in their journey. And hopefully, we all learn something from this.

Unboxing: Les Archives 32 With You Intensely 🇵🇭

This take of Stronger With You Intensely by Les Archives 32 was sweet, warm, and definitely its own take on the DNA.

Not quite where I hoped it would be compared to the original, but for the price -- and knowing that the brand actually listens to feedback -- this was interesting to try.

Shopping Diaries: 081526 PFC Event in Pasay

Really nice seeing this much of the fragrance community all in one place. Ang daming local houses to discover, familiar faces to catch up with, and a few scents that made us stop and buy a bottle... or more. 😅

Came home with picks from VALOR Extrait, JEM Perfumery Co., and YSVEN.

Unbox natin mga 'to soon. Curious ako to see how far Filipino perfumery has really come.

Went to YSL Beauty event in Mall of Asia organized by Frag Com Meet and came home with something we've been meaning to add to our collection for a while now -- YSL Tuxedo.

Plus came home with a couple of freebies. Buying retail definitely has its perks!
